Breakfast is easy if you like protein bars. We keep a big bowl of protein bars like Luna, Cliff bars, Balance bars, etc, in a variety of flavors on our kitchen table. I grab one on my way to work every morning. I'm one of those people who can't not eat breakfast, I would fall over by 9:00am if I don't eat.
For lunch, in the summer, I just usually go home and eat leftovers or whatever we happen to have. In the winter, I stay at work because I don't like the cold...lol. I usually just pack up dinner leftovers or grab a frozen dinner.
I do use these microwave steam bags from Ziplock for lunches too. You put everything in there, meat, veggies & seasonings and then put it in the microwave for 3-5 minutes and you have lunch. I usually keep a few of those all ready to go in my freezer, that way, if I don't have anything else ready, I can just grab one of those. I put in 2-3 chicken strips, some green beans and sliced red potatoes with some flavored butter that we bought at Sam's. They work well in a pinch.
