Lush – Emperor of Ice Cream Buttercream: This soap is difficult to use. I was so happy when it was finished. I much prefer gels and whipped soaps. However, it made a great shaving cream!
Lush – R&B Hair Moisturizer: This is an amazing product for curly hair. I work it throughout my hair while it’s damp, and it dries without getting frizzy or too crazy. I also use it on my ends when my hair is straight to prevent them from looking so dry.
Lush – Temple of Truth Bubble Bar: This is a Kitchen item that’s excellent for anyone wanting a mild bath. It’s a very light blue color, and has a clean – almost powdery scent. It makes tons of bubbles without all the crazy colors and glitter.
Fortune Cookie Soap – In Organic Shower Steamer: I got this as a bonus with an order. I’m pretty sure this is the scent, but not 100%. It released a lot of scent, which I appreciated. It also perfectly paired with my In Organic Shower Oil.
Haus of Gloi – Lavender Butter Bomb: I don’t know how HoG packs so many skin softening ingredients into these little bombs. It made my skin feel silky, and the lavender made for a very relaxing bath.
Haus of Gloi – Snow Wolf Whipped Soap: A little off-season, but I just loved the clean, wintry fresh scent of this soap. I went through it much quicker than most HoG whipped soaps. Not sure if it was just extra fluffy or I overdid it in the shower.
Haus of Gloi – Splendiferous Sugar Exfoliant: My favorite of all the HoG scents. The scrub was great – not too harsh and not too watered down.
Tony Moly – Aloe Face Mask: After three days in the sun, this was so necessary! My skin soaked the product up and felt so hydrated and refreshed.
Tony Moly – Makgeolli Face Mask: This was great, just not my favorite from the Tony Moly line.
Tony Moly – Avocado Face Mask: I think this had the most product of any mask I’ve tried. It was AmAzInG!
BioRepublic Pomegranate Crush Fiber Mask: Just ok. It wasn’t as moisturizing as Tony Moly masks. It was completely dry by the time I took it off my face, which I’ve never had happen before.
Acure – Unscented Argan Face Wipes: These are okay. Although ‘unscented’ they still have a smell to them. Towards the end of the pack, they were a little too dry.
Shiseido – Ultimune Power Infusing Concentrate: Love this serum! It’s one of my HG skin care products.
Klorane – Eye Patches: My HG eye patches for hangover mornings! The work really well to relieve puffiness.
Sixteen92 – Toasted Marshmallow Detangling Hair Mist: I love this! It works very well, and smells amazing! I hope they bring this scent back one day.
Fortune Cookie Soap – Glitz & Glamour OCD Hand Sanitizer: Not my favorite scent, and a little too glittery for my taste. Great product though!
Sixteen92 – Vanille Bergamot Hand Cream: I love these creams. Very moisturizing and they smell amazing.
Kiehl’s – Midnight Recover Concentrate: This is an excellent overnight face oil. A little product goes a long way, otherwise you’ll feel a bit greasy.
Haus of Gloi – Insalata Nocturna Bubbling Scrub: Not my favorite scent. I was hoping it would have a more herbal profile, but it’s straight up salad scented! Ha!
Royal Apothic – Cuppa Cuppa Firming Tea Treatment Mask: These are amazing. My skin tingles and feels so clean and refreshed after use. One tube is enough for two masks, so the price isn’t so bad.
Wei – Brown Sugar Brightening Mask: This is my favorite face mask ever. I love using the brush to apply, and it makes my skin glow.
Rose 31 – Shower Gel: I got this from a Fairmont Hotel, and was surprised by how amazing it was. Somehow they gave a masculine note to this rose scented shower gel. The scent lingered forever – our bathroom constantly smelled like this during our trip!
Lush – Refresher Shower Jelly: I used it as bubble bath tossing it into a strainer along with some Needles and Pine jelly. I LOVE THIS SCENT! I’ll definitely purchase a tub asap.
The Body Shop – Mango Shower Gel: This lathered very well, but wasn’t my favorite scent. I like fruity, but this was a little synthetic smelling.
Diptyque – L’ombre dans l’eau perfume: One of my favorite scents. It’s so gorgeous! Kind of earthy. There’s a Diptyque store at Grand Central Terminal that I refuse to walk into for my wallet’s sake.
Etude House – Sunprise Mild Watery Light SPF 50: I loved how this applied to my skin. Rather than a thick, difficult consistency, it’s more watery (hence the name?). It seemed to work well, although I don’t typically use such a high SPF. Also, with just one use, it’s kind of hard to gauge effect. Regardless, it did smell nice and I would use again if I could find it.
Tony Moly - Banana Hand Milk: Wow! I love this stuff. I smells just like bananas, and has a pureed consistency. It makes my hands feel so soft and smooth. I definitely plan to purchase.
Kiehl’s – Midnight Recovery Eye Cream: I really like this eye cream, but it’s too pricey for me. I just use my face moisturizer and it works fine around my eyes.
Aesop – Fabulous Facial Cleanser: I loved this! Very gently, and it smelled so good. Very herbal-fresh.
Davines – OI Shampoo & Conditioner: These were just okay. My hair needs more moisture than these offered. Maybe there just wasn’t enough product? Although they seem to be a big size, they weren’t full.
Davines – Love Conditioner: I love the sample size of the shampoo, but wish it was switched because I use so much more conditioner than shampoo! Anyway, this was much better than the OI line on my hair. I definitely plan to buy a full size soon.
Coola – Primer w/SPF 30: This was a Birchbox sample I received that had so little product in it that I couldn’t get anything out. I hate Coola samples! So pointless.
Lush – Pop in the Bath Bubble Bar: This shares the scent of The Olive Branch (one of my favorites). Mine was pink, so the water was a pretty bright pink color, and the bar created lots of bubbles. Love this one!
Lush – Star Dust Bath Bomb: Nice & mild. Turned the water a milky white color, with subtle silver shimmer. The scent was amazing – vanilla with a touch of citrus, so not too sweet. It does fizz out extremely fast. I turned my head for a minute and it was already gone! I added a little Yuzu and Cocoa shower gel to give it an overall delicious scent, and was very pleased.
Lush – Lava Lamp Bath Bomb: This was so fun! The water totally reminded me of a lava lamp. The oils were great for my skin, too.
Lush – Ginger Bath Oil: I used this after a weekend spent on the beach. It was great for a little extra moisture. I love Lush bath oils for this purpose! It didn’t smell much like ginger to me, but the Pop in the Bath bubble bar might have just overpowered it.
