I think I might have said this before, but it is worth saying again - Too Faced.com has some of the best customer service of any beauty website I shop on. They have literally never failed to come through on their end, without being jerks about it, LOL.
I mentioned before that I purchased the Star Dust by Vegas Nay set, and when it came, one of the items was missing and the packaging was visibly damaged. I wrote to them to let them know, without making any demands (the palette was in perfect condition and that was all I cared about).
I got a response today that they are going to ship me the missing item AND refund me for the palette - I'm pretty shocked, honestly, but it makes me happy to support them as a brand.
Also, still totally willing to let someone else try my 20% coupon to see if it works for them!
