Oh lord, I need this thread!
I was doing SO WELL for a while with my eating and exercise and just totally fell off the wagon. Back to the weight I was at before I started. And I just feel...BLAH. I know if I could find a way to stick to it, I'd have more energy!
I think I'm going to try 21 Day Fix again just because it's so easy for me to follow.
Couch to 5K is something I've always meant to do and since it's FINALLY nice enough to fun outside, I think I might combine that with the Blogilates workouts.
My fancy new planner actually makes it kind of fun to plan out my exercise/meal plans
