Ok, I know I say this like once every 3 months but FOR REAL THIS TIME. I need to eat better and exercise. I've gained like 15 pounds over the last year and it is actually becoming noticeable. I can't deal.
I moved my treadmill into my office so it's a little more accessible and I have zero excuse not to use it. Also starting the 21 Day Fix again tomorrow and I WILL STICK TO IT this time. It's only 3 weeks. Right now I am cooking and then I am prepping all my meals and snacks for the whole week.
I posted in the planner area, but I converted one of my planners into a fitness planner so I am keeping track of what I eat, my Blogilates daily routines, cardio/running, and sigh my weight/inches.
Short term, I don't want to feel like a total whale when I have to see my family for the holidays. Slightly more long term, I am going to be a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding next Summer and I plan to look totally fabulous in my dress.
ETA: I also sucked it up and bought a scale today. It's kind of a bummer but also a motivator.
