You always post about the great lunches you have and I'm over here like drooling, hah!
So my hands down favorite blogger is Gina from Skinnytaste. I've tried a ton of her recipes and I think I've liked just about all of them. She also includes complete nutritional info for all of her recipes which is nice. http://www.skinnytaste.com
A few of my favorite recipes from here are http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/06/skinny-chicken-tikka-masala.html I actually had this last night for dinner and my boyfriend and I both love it. It's in the regular rotation of what we eat. http://www.skinnytaste.com/2011/03/pasta-with-italian-chicken-sausage.html, http://www.skinnytaste.com/2009/04/baked-chicken-parmesan.html, and http://www.skinnytaste.com/2010/02/chicken-enchiladas.html are also regular meals for us. I've been wanting to try this recipe but haven't gotten around it it yet. It looks so yummy! http://www.skinnytaste.com/2015/09/waffle-crusted-chicken-with-spicy-maple.html
Another recent favorite of mine has been http://fitfoodiefinds.com. She has a ton of different oatmeal recipes that I love but a good mix of savory recipes as well.
I've been making a lot of recipes from here lately. http://notenoughcinnamon.com
I recently made this granola http://notenoughcinnamon.com/2015/09/11/easy-pumpkin-granola-gluten-free-refined-sugar-free-vegan/ and it turned out so good! I made this for dinner a few nights ago and loved it. I wanted to eat it all http://notenoughcinnamon.com/2014/03/10/mexican-sweet-potato-gratin-chicken/
She just posted a recipe for buffalo chicken sweet potatoes and I want to make it now! She also posts nutrition info.
I've tried a few recipes from http://www.eat-yourself-skinny.com that I like. This is one of my favorites, http://www.eat-yourself-skinny.com/2015/09/blueberry-muffin-overnight-oats.html. She also provides nutrition info.
http://www.katheats.com So many oatmeal recipes! I've made this more than I can count. Sometimes I top with pears instead of apple and will put some peanut butter on top as well. http://www.katheats.com/apple-walnut-baked-oatmeal
http://www.skinnymom.com has a lot of decent recipes but I find their site annoying as there are a lot of ads. I make several of the recipes from here regularly though.
A couple of my favorite side dishes:
Also, @norther you like to bake right? I love http://amyshealthybaking.com for healthier baked goods. She also has savory recipes that are good. At Christmas time I made a few cookies from here and they were good. My boyfriend took extras to work and they loved them. Apparently, they were talking about them for days. They had no idea they were healthier. The sports nutritionist at my gym recommends this site as well!
Okay, this is super duper long but oh well.
