I've been really bad about working out lately but I'm trying to get back into it. The heat makes it so hard though.
I have snacking issues as well, and I'm currently trying to curb my sugar addiction again. One snack I like to make to keep at my desk or keep in my purse is tamari almonds:
Cover almonds in Tamari (soy sauce would work too) and let soak for about 30 minutes. Drain the excess sauce and spread on a baking sheet. Bake at 300 or 325 for about 25 minutes until they look toasted. Stir with a spatula every 10 minutes or so.
