I'm starting the gym today so I'm going to be honest about my goals. I am currently 175. I gained 10lbs since last summer and my goal is to get down to 130-150. I made a little goal page in my planner.
Honestly, I feel good about my body now. But I want to be more fit and a little less flabby in the belly area. I love my curves so I don't want to try for anything lower than 130.
I'm posting this to keep my self accountable and to strive to work out at least 5 days a week.
Edit: I'm 5'6' so anything less than 130 isn't considered healthy anyways. So that's why I chose 130-150lbs.
