I'm super late to joining the party, but I really need to be motivated to be more active. Over the past five years, I've put on sooo much weight, and have terrible bloat, due to a medication I'm on. I already consume a low-calorie, low-fat diet due to my GI problems, but I've recently started removing refined sugars as well, slowly but surely.
What I really need is motivation to be active. I am fairly sedentary by nature, and the weight gain + depression has made me almost completely couch-bound. I really want to start Barre classes, but the nearest studio to me only has 7 and 8am slots! Ugh! So I need that motivation, so I can go for it!
