I am SO frustrated... apparently, when I was Cyber Monday shopping in a near sleep coma, I put the wrong address on TWO different orders. One was unable to complete delivery, but I checked the tracking early enough to catch it, and have it scheduled for pickup at a different post office (a whole 'nother set of frustrations).
The second, I contacted the company AS SOON AS I realized the address was wrong - the order had been confirmed, but not shipped. I couldn't find a phone number, so I sent an e-mail. Got a confirmation of the e-mail, but no actual reply. Three days later, it shipped, to the WRONG address, still no reply to my contact.
Can't reschedule/re-deliver because package is still in transit. Can't change delivery options (for pickup, instead of delivery) because my ACTUAL zip, and the package zip code don't match. Can't speak to a USPS customer service agent because the wait is over an hour. I will just have to wait until Monday, when delivery will fail, and schedule it for pickup then.
I know this is my own doing, because I should have been more careful entering/checking my address (we've only lived here since October), but STILL. These are gifts, and they weren't cheap, especially not when you're on a budget!
