-it's possible for waxes and butters to crystallize, fats are a broad category of compounds containing different chemical structures.
-not all waxes and butters look the same when crystallized
that being said, even if that product was safe, it should be reformulated and either refunds or replacements should be issued. That's simply not up to the industry standard for similar products.
